1. Livelihood Enterprise Development Programme By Rare
Under theprogrammeAgarbatti Making for Differently Abled Persons in Gudvela Block of Bolangir District was undertaken by RARE by involving 60
PwD members from Gudvela, Deulgudi,Tentulikhunti, Biramunda and Ghuna Gram Panchayat.

8 days training in 2 batches was organized at Kalyan Mandap Gudvela. The programme was inaugurated by DDM NABARD Bolangir Sri Laxman Soy in the presence of Finance Literacy officer of SBI and Trainner Smt. Sanjukta Mishra.
In the 8 days non residential training the trainee trained on the process to prepare Agarbati Making with required materials. After completion of training the successful trainee were provided certificate which they can use for credit linkage as financial institution.
2. RARE Supplementary Activities
Emergency Response Support to 50 Persons with Mental illness from 10 GP of Binka Block, with the support from Samaj relief Committee,

Sambalpur Zone and RARE Sonepur to the needy persons with mental illness. The support was dry ration kit with soap and mask. During the distribution of ration kit it was demonstrated on hand washing and aware for social distancing.
RARE in collaboration with Zilla Swasthya Samiti Subarnapur had observed the World Mental Health

Day on 10-10-2020 at Kalyan mandap Silati Gram Panchayat. Dr. TibikramPandia the doctor in charge Mental Health Care of outdoor service had attended as Chief Guest and discussed on deferent dimension, symptoms, treatment and rehabilitation process of PWMI also he shared about the action taken activities to outdoor services for the PWMIs at DHH,Subarnapur from October 2020. Guest of honor BSSO Aswani Pande discussed about health right and right and entitlement of PWMIs. Mr. Ananga
Negi General Secretary Cum CEO shared on the objective of the observation and requested all the participants to extend their optimum cooperation for the identification, treatment and rehabilitation process of PWMIs in the region.
3. Special day celebration By RARE
The CHILDLINE team celebrates every special occasion, such as Republic Day, Gandhi Jayanti, and Children’s Day with the community and with participation of the stakeholders as a platform for all to assemble and discuss on prevalent child related issues and how can we address is effectively by collaborating. We have build rapport with our stakeholders like Sarpanch, Ward members,

Anganwadi worker, ASHA, Police, etc to assist CHILDLINE team in identifying Child related malpractice or mishaps. CHILDLINE also celebrated district level International Human Rights Day on 10th of December, 2020 in presence of our founder, Mr. Gourishyam Panda, Board members of RARE and DSP Sri Ananda Bardhan Guru. Such event presents us with an opportunity to boost our collaboration with district administration.
4. CHILDLINE Se Dosti Program
CHILDLINE Subarnapur organized CHILDLINE se Dosti week from 14.11.20 to 21.11.20. The

objective of the programme was to aware the children about their Rights with full Fun and Joyful environment. The program was observed from and during this period CHILDLINE Team visited children groups in communities and organised various playful competitions like Drawing, Song, Music Chair, and Quiz. On the sidelines of the events, it was also spread awareness on Child rights and CHILDLINE services, including our toll free no. “1098”.
5. Programme at district level
On 25th December 2020, we observed “India Against Child Abuse” program at Subarnapur. The

program was attended by the State convenor of Jana swathyaAbhiyan, Mr. Gauranga Mahapatra, our DCPO, Mr. Chaturbhuja Das, CWC Chairperson, and Mr. Himashu Bhusan nayak, Director CHILDLINE, Mr. Ananga Negi and other board members of RARE, Subarnapur. During the program, we discussed about various forms of Child abuses and how can CHILDLINE intervene in such cases. We also got support from DCPO
and CWC on organizing awareness program in Subarnapur city on Child abuse.
6. Block Level Meetings/ Program
On 22nd January, 2021Block Level Shishu Samparka Yatra was held at Bhim Bhoi Kalyan Mandap, Khaliapali by CWC, Subarnapur in which CHILDLINE was also invited.

During the event a child production camp was held in which CNCP child were produced.
